This course is the first online, interactive, CAE-approved, multi-media curriculum designed to help association executives create relevant, future-focused, must-have membership experiences for the Millennial generation and beyond.
Designed as a follow-up to Sarah Sladek’s books, The End of Membership As We Know It and Knowing Y, and Laura Goodrich’s book, Seeing Red Cars, the course features nine modules. Each module features a mix of instruction and case studies presented via video, audio, and written excerpts.
In addition, the course is accompanied by an online Membership Building Toolkit, featuring interactive tools course participants can complete to customize the learning progress and measure their progress.
