Marketing
- Create a marketing plan to help you promote the conference to potential participants
- Write the marketing material for your email marketing efforts
- Manage your email marketing efforts
- Design and produce hard-copy marketing material (e.g. postcards) to distribute, budget dependent
- Management of your conference website
- Management of your social media assets to promote key areas of the conference (early bird deadlines, speakers, sponsors, etc)
Registration Management
- Ongoing Registration Management (accepting and management of registration system)
- Management of dietary restrictions
- Management of special needs
- Production of name badges
- Reporting on registration numbers to key contact(s)
